Our programs are delivered digitally and through occasional in-studio sessions. We want every member to feel that the program fits — and to feel comfortable stepping away if it does not. The terms below describe how we handle refunds and cancellations.

1. Fourteen-day reflection window

You may request a full refund on any program within fourteen calendar days of your purchase, for any reason and without explanation. Simply send a short note from the email address used at checkout through our contacts page.

2. After the reflection window

From day fifteen onwards, our approach is shaped by the program:

  • Morning Reset and Steady Season: these are one-time purchases. Beyond day fourteen, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if a meaningful technical or content issue prevented you from using the program.
  • Studio Circle: the annual membership can be cancelled at any time. You will keep access until the end of the current billing year. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Send a note from the email used at checkout via our contacts page.
  2. Include the program name and the approximate purchase date.
  3. If something specific did not work for you, a sentence or two helps us improve — but it is never required.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued within five to ten working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the funds. If you do not see the refund within fifteen working days, please write to us so we can look into it.

5. Partial refunds

For Studio Circle, mid-year partial refunds are normally not provided because access continues until the end of the term. If exceptional personal circumstances apply, please reach out — we read every message and try to be reasonable.

6. Gifts and transfers

If you received a program as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser. With everyone's written consent, we can also transfer the enrolment to a different person at no extra cost.

7. In-studio visits

If you cannot attend a booked in-studio session, please let us know at least twelve hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made on time can be rescheduled within the same membership year.

8. Chargebacks

If a charge looks unfamiliar, please write to us first — most cases are resolved within a single email exchange and much faster than a bank-led dispute.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this page, the new version will apply only to purchases made on or after the publication date. Earlier purchases continue under the policy that was in force at the time.
