1. Who we are

"We", "us" and "Studio" refer to Washbio, a small wellbeing studio based in Los Angeles, California, United States. "You" refers to anyone using our website or program materials.

2. Nature of our content

The articles, audio sessions, journaling prompts and group conversations we publish are intended for general wellbeing and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional, and they are not designed to address specific personal situations on an individual basis. If you have concerns that require expert attention, please consult a suitable specialist.

3. Account and enrolment

When you sign up for a program, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep any access credentials confidential. You may not share program logins, recordings or downloads with people who have not enrolled.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the site and program materials in good faith. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access areas of the site or systems you are not authorised to use.
  • Scrape, harvest or republish our content without our written permission.
  • Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Misrepresent yourself as a member of our Studio team.

Program prices are displayed in United States dollars on the programs page and may be updated from time to time. The price applied to your enrolment is the price displayed at the moment of checkout. Refunds are handled in accordance with our return policy.

Where we link to external websites — for instance a map provider or a partner organisation — we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security or accuracy of websites we do not control.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may pause access from time to time for maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical reasons. Where a paid program is meaningfully disrupted, we will work with you to make it right.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, our liability arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or program materials is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the relevant event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
